The year is 2002, on the first colonized planet outside our solar system designated “EC2”(Earth Colony 2). On EC2, Wichita State University is the first university to be established beyond earth’s orbit. Recently, a team of Archaeologists and Egyptologists were studying the deepest chambers of pyramid like structures on the eastern continent. To their excitement, they discovered four sealed chambers, recovering four odd artifacts. The materials of the artifacts are of unidentified elements. Strangely, the artifacts are also inscribed with the earliest form of hieroglyphs ever uncover to date. The four artifacts were shipped to the Department of Archeology and Celestial Science on campus. Working for several long months, teams from all branches of science combined the translations of the artifacts to produce a blue print of some kind of extraterrestrial technology. The Earth Council agreed to build the alien technology. The responsibility of building the device was placed upon a team of engineers from Wichita State. After a year, the device was ready to be tested. The extraterrestrial device emitted so much energy that it reached an advance alien race in a distant galaxy. The warring alien race detected the powerful energy signal. They know that the technology can be used to conquer the universe. The aliens sent a team of elite guards to steal the technology. Now, they have surrounded Wallace Hall (WSU Engineering Building) where the device is being held and are closing in!!!
1. Scale the bleachers of Cessna Stadium.
2. Track your way through the maze of WSU Buildings.
3. Eliminate the aliens (Standard LEGO People) and seize the alien spacecraft.
You must move quickly, before the aliens steal the powerful technology. The fate of the universe is in your hands!!!
1. At the START, the robot maybe placed anywhere within Cessna Stadium.
2. Points are earned by completing each objective.
3. In objective 3, there will be six elite guards encircling Wallace Hall. Your team must tip over as many as possible, but not necessarily all. Points will be awarded depending on the number of aliens your team eliminates (tips over).
4. Finish by maneuvering the robot to the landing site of the alien spacecraft.
5. Time and accumulated points will determine final score.
