....is an elementary education major. She is comfortable using handheld computers, the SmartBoard and laptops.

Andrea

....is pursuing her certification in special ed. She is the recipient of the Good Apple Award.

Brian

...is a new father! He is a teacher at Isely Elementary and has laptop experience.

Chris

...is a West HS math teacher married to a second grade teacher.

Derek

...teaches middle school language arts in Newton and has his own iBook.

Jack

...teaches 7th grade math and is pursuing his teaching certificate through WSU's alternative certification program.

Lynn

...works for the College of Education, where she can combine her love of creating things with technology and working with people.

Mandi

...graduated in Dec. 2002 and is currently subbing. She is getting married in April!

Mary

...also earned her elementary ed degree in Dec 2002. She is comfortable using many kinds of technology.

Peggy

...is a school media specialist who wants to stay prepared for the future. She was a Peace Corp volunteer in Liberia.

Shirley

...is debating between a degree in elementary education or in social work. She has taken several COE technology workshops.

Sue

...teaches science at Northwest HS, where the school recently acquired a mobile wireless lab. She is our Kansas Teacher of the Year for 2000!

Terri

...is keeping her teaching certificate up-to-date while she stays at home with her 5 kids. She formerly taught for Sylvan.
