••••WHO
The Colleges of Fine Arts and Education at Wichita State University is offering a Clay Animation Camp for kids who will complete 4th – 7th grade at the end of Spring 2004. 

••••WHAT
The camp will provide a structured environment where small groups of kids will work with teachers to create a storyboard, clay puppets, scenery, and special effects while shooting and editing a stop-motion animation movie.

••••WHEN
Monday-Friday, June 7-11, 8:30 am – 12:30 pm

Stucky Middle School

••••WHY
This camp will provide the opportunity for children to explore animation, sculpting, visual literacy, and multimedia concepts while working in small, collaborative teams with a teacher who will guide their exploration and discovery.

••••COST
$75 per student.  All sculpting equipment, cameras, and computer technology will be provided by Wichita State University.
